Developing climate resilience of the coastal communities of Sundarbans through Mangrove Afforestation

The project is implemented on 650 ha across several Gram Panchayats in the Sunderbans region. The project activities also include several community development initiatives that address health, livelihoods and education of the local communities in the villages under the project. The project restores degraded mangrove habitats through the plantation of diverse native mangrove species.
