Summary
This standard defines minimum energy efficiency requirement of window and split type air conditioners with cooling capacity less than 12 kW.
The standard also specifies that a label must be affixed on the product specifying the characteristics of the product, including the energy efficiency ratio and the expected yearly consumption.
